I share the concerns expressed by Eric. In one of the voting comments I read "Ajay has already worked on the code that was contributed and shows great interest in Ogee.” 

Can you identify which code that is? Is it in your Git repository? Is there an IPzilla CQ id?

Also, can you reference some background on Ajay’s contribution? Is there a Bugzilla id or a Gerrit review or communication on the mailing list archive?

As with all Technology projects, committer election is merit-based. The PMC needs to see a history of contributions to the project to justify committer status; "shown interest" is not really enough. The kinds of things that qualify are outlined in the Technology Project Committer Election policy here: https://wiki.eclipse.org/Technology#Committer_Elections
