Also, I have noticed that you have included Apache Commons Codec. The initial contribution zip file should not contain anything but the sources (actually, according to your comment #2 I wonder if the inclusion of the jar is maybe just a mistake?). Therefore you should file a piggyback CQ for this library (see https://wiki.eclipse.org/Development_Resources/Contribution_Questionnaire#Piggyback_CQs ) Again, this is maybe a mistake, but I think that you don't want to include doxy and javadocs generated websites, nor the content of the keystore/ folder?
