The IP Log is (as the name suggests) a log of intellectual property
contributions.

Please change it to:

 * Copyright (c) 2014 Institute for Pervasive Computing, ETH Zurich
 * and others

Please also apply the copyright header where possible to all files. I noticed
that at least some of the js files do not have the header included.
