Mickael, I'm generally ok with this. But can you also send the release docuware/notes to this list so that we can get a short overview of the release?

don't know where to find a template.

If that helps you may find the latest EGit review document attached to
we use to write this on Google Drive which simplifies shared writing and
then download it as PDF to send it to PMC for review. Find our last review 
document on Google Drive here
