IP log reviews happen pretty quickly. It seems to be in order, so I'm confident that the IP team will be able to process it in time for a Feb 20 release.

The documentation is in order and well done IMHO.

I'm not sure how the rest of the Tech PMC feels given that there's little time to review the IP Log.
