[technology-pmc] Technology Project Git migration status

The Technology project still has a few projects in CVS [0].

ACTF will start migration soon [1].

EPF has requested migration of their source repositories [2].

Phoenix is terminating. Phoenix is responsible for website stuff. It stopped operating as a project a long time ago, and so it's natural to use this opportunity to terminate it. All former Phoenix content has migrated to Git already.

Remus is unresponsive via their mailing list. I have sent a follow up note on the mailing list and a private note (from my personal account) to the PL.
