Distributing arbitrary DLLs is a show stopper.

However, if they are built from open source, then there's a chance (license
permitting).

Sharon, do we have approval already for the attached EULA?

Michael, can you provide a pointer to the sources? Don't bother attaching them
yet; let's see how we do on the license approval first.
