[technology-pmc] Linuxtools 0.10 release

Hi,
We are planning to have a Linux Tools Project release (version 0.10) in 
March 23rd.
Andrew Overholt suggested me to ask here if the Eclipse legal team will 
have time to  work on the IP log review and other legal processes 
necessary for the review.
Is it ok for you to have this release in March? Are there any blockers?
