The EF is strongly considering a CVS cut-off date of December 21/2012
for CVS.

Several Technology projects still need to migrate. We need to make sure
that projects are including Git migration in their plans.

FWIW, SVN deprecation is going to be announced soon, so SVN isn't a
valid migration path.
