In the future, can you please make note of the corresponding Bugzilla record. I
assume that this is from bug #271425.

I see at least one other author in the source code. AbstractSTDataViewersField
is authored by Marzia Maugeri.

EPL. However, the headers in the files that I reviewed confusingly refer to the
included ela.html file which references both the EPL (in appendix 2) and a
"proprietary" license which doesn't seem to actually apply to anything in the
actual file.

The IP DD process will work far more smoothly (and you should qualify for
parallel IP) if the file headers can be changed to directly reference the EPL,
the ela.html removed, an about.html file is added, and you get sign-off from
all the authors that they did indeed do the authoring and agree to the terms of
the license (a statement on the bugzilla entry from each of the authors should
do it)

You're going to need to do all that anyway. :-)
