The build process depends on the following:
- additional ant tasks (http://code.google.com/p/ant-purge/ and
http://ant-contrib.sourceforge.net/)
- cobertura, for code coverage (http://cobertura.sourceforge.net/)
- eclipse-test-framework (eclipse.org)

Please advice on what is to be done about checking these into SVN. These
binaries will not be distributed along with SWTBot and are build time
dependencies only.
