inception.  He authored a large percentage of the original Stepstone server
support and has maintained it successfully all the while.  He has been the
Stepstone projects point person in following the forums and has provided
high quality work in addressing bugs such as 211342, 237493,  237795 and
many more.  His knowledge of the overall Stepstone project is absolute and
he could now make a much larger positive influence in a committer role.  
He has exemplary Java and Eclipse experience and  is always trying new
technology to improve his work and the project.
