Here are my reasons:

1. Active participation in the COSMOS community for 6+ months.

2. Coordinating the COSMOS activities of the CA development team in UK /
US.

3. Enabling the India-based QA team to effectively plug into the COSMOS
project. 

4. Active participation in the COSMOS designs and bug closure / tracking.

5. Very active and detail oriented feebdack on the COSMOS presentations
made in the Open Source and internally at CA.

6. Last, but not the least, participating in numerous COSMOS meetings at
the expense of pub time :-)
