[technology-pmc] Portal nomination tools using wrong name...

I just used the committer portal to
nominate a new committer (Matthew Hall <matthall@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>).
 After entering the nomination information including Matthew's email
address and clicking Save - the tool replaced Matthews name with "Alexander
Pavlov"?!  The resulting listing in the portal tool uses this
name, as does the nomination email that went out.  I did this twice
just to make sure I didn't make a mistake.  So now I have two open
nominations for Mr Pavlov.  

Is there a bug somewhere in the committer tools?
