Edwin Tang should be added as a committer to the Eclipse Persistence
Services Project (EclipseLink).  Edwin has been maintaining testing source
and scripts for TopLink for many years, and we would like for him to
continue to do this for EclipseLink.

Much of the test source and testing scripts of the initial contribution
where originally written, and maintained by Edwin.  
Edwin has also contributed fixes to the following bugs: 

219588 - bug fix to foundation tests.  Added the ability to force copying
resource file to overwrite the ones in the run dir, and the ability to pass
test model as a parameter.
211797 - Add tests targets to the Eclipse Projects, and a fix to remove
dependencies on Oracle code.
215712 - target process.resource in
foundationeclipselink.core.testbuild.xml can't overwrite resource files in
run directory
215716 - foundation/eclipselink.core.test/build.properties can't be loaded
by build.xml
219658 - ANT scripts compiling sdo, sdo.test, moxy and moxy.test not
working.
