[technology-pmc] Albireo Creation Review Approval Request

The Albireo project would like to proceed with its creation review.
Details below. Can we get approval for scheduling this review?

It sounds to me like you are very well set for your review. We just need
PMC approval--the easiest way to get this is to post to the
technology-pmc mailing list.
