Carlos is a key developer within the Maven community, and has been leading
development of a Eclipse/Maven integration using Buckminster, in
collaboration with the current Buckminster committer team.  This work will
become an active and important part of the Buckminster code base, and
Carlos will be making frequent and regular contributions to Buckminster.
