Have you seen the item below ... we'll need to update the TCF Open Source features to reference the new license text, can you do that ?

--- Comment #3 from Marcel Bruch <marcel.bruch@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> --- FWIW, in our features we use the shared license "org.eclipse.license" feature which we obtain from http://download.eclipse.org/cbi/updates/license. Thus, the feature licenses will be updated quite easily because Tycho will simply pick the latest version of that license feature.
It may help to make all projects aware that they should use the Eclipse shared license to make this smooth and painless.
Having said this, I don't know if an update of the plugin's about.html files will be necessary - which would be more troubling.
