[tcf-dev] TCF 1.1 update site

Hi,
Is the zipped TCF 1.1 update site linked from
http://www.eclipse.org/tcf/downloads.php really the official 1.1
release? Based on the URL, it looks like a development snapshot from
2013-03-16. I expected a version stamped URL, more like the URL for TCF
1.0.2.
If it is not the official release, where am I supposed to go to find the
official release? I went to http://www.eclipse.org/tcf/ , clicked the
Download button and got to http://www.eclipse.org/tcf/downloads.php ,
which makes it seem like the right place.
