I have given the tcf committers full access to the TCF hudson jobs
(tcf-nightly and tcf-maint). You can change them as you like. I will
be doing my changes on the master branch for tcf-nightly.

The flag is set since Helios. I assume that's an official opt-in.
It's there as a framework for other projects to use. And I do know
that the Linux Tools tracing component uses it. None of the TCF
features are added to any categories so they aren't visible in the
tree. I'll leave it to you and the team to decide whether you want to
change that.
