[swtbot-dev] Commit rights for Mariot Chauvin have been expired

Mickael Istria has expired the commit rights for Mariot Chauvin (mchauvin).
 The reason for this change is:

Mariot did a lot of cool stuff for SWTBot, and contributed the GEF support
for SWTBot.

However, he expressed his wishes to be removed its committer rights as he
won't be involved in SWTBot any longer.

Thanks Mariot for everything you did for SWTBot, and good continuation for
your current and future projects.
