I could found the latest p2 here: https://hudson.eclipse.org/hudson/view/SWTBot/job/swtbot-tycho/ws/org.eclipse.swtbot.updatesite/target/repository/

Don't consume it directly from hudson, use the URL described in the wiki.

But I couldn't find any reference to this build here http://www.eclipse.org/swtbot/downloads.php

The website needs a serious improvement to at least replace some out-of-date stuff by links to the wiki (which is better updated than the website). However, I don't have time to spend on it right now.
But the cool thing is that the site is a git repository, so feel free to fork it and propose change through Bugzilla: https://git.eclipse.org/c/www.eclipse.org/swtbot.git/
