Thanks for the reply. I have just tried this, and it seems to work.

It is a global setting and not a per-project setting, which made it harder to find as I would have guessed it was a per-project setting. This also implies I must lose automation in every repository I use to get the one repository to work.

I've some suggestions for improvements to the documentation and GUI. I'll see if I can post more details in a bugzilla report.
