[subversive-dev] opinions on replace-with-revision-or-url quirk

Hi Subversive,

I am currently revisiting an old issue one of our clients has with
Subversive's 'Replace with -> Revision or URL' feature. Two years ago, bug

has been submitted from the same motivation. But reading the details, I
notice that our client specifically has a problem with errors on files *that
don't need to change at all* instead of the quite different case where a
file *modification* fails on a locked file (as it should).

So I created a new, more specific issue with all the details and a patch
suggestion attached to it:
