This looks pretty good. The only thing I might add is a request for a
redirect from /stp to /soa. Or even better might be a redirect to a page
that describes the transition so that anybody who currently cares about
stp won't be totally lost (though that ship may have already sailed)

I am comfortable enough with this content to recommend that we move
forward with scheduling the review at your earliest (in)convenience. How
does November 24-Dec1 grab you? Or Dec 8-15?
