[stp-pmc] PMC Planning meeting

PMC members - I'd like to schedule a first meeting of
the new and expanded and shiny PMC.

This will occur at a mutually convenient time, using
mutually convenient media.

But the first thing I want to do is get an agenda
together. What is in your mind? What are your
concerns? I've listed a few below to serve as a
starting point.

1. Community building, how what?
2. Website, need an holistic approach.
3. Galileo, how to coordinate?
4. Continuous builds and delivery - how to make
them more reliable
5. Outreach - blogs, interviews, publicity, how
and what and where and when?
6. Growth areas, thought of any?

Let's construct an agenda and then we can work
on a time and a place for a discussion.
