Antoine is a mainstay of STP.

This wasn't enough for him, however, as he has helped hugely

not just because he is a sub-project lead, but because of his
overall qualities as a contributor and an Open Source advocate.
The voting period will be 72 hours, starting from today Nov 5.
The existing active PMC membership retain binding votes in
this regard. All other votes will be non-binding.
