Oisin Hurley has expired the commit rights for Naci Dai (ndai).  The reason

for this change is:

Naci provided an enormous amount of support in starting up the project way

back in the dawn of time. He continues to be a source of information and

knowledge and as such I think he deserves 'Committer Emeritus' status.

To honor Naci Dai's contributions to the project, Oisin Hurley has

nominated Naci Dai for Committer Emeritus status.
