The STP manually constructed page is the correct one - the
auto-generated one has a lot of material that is historical in
nature and not actually shipped now.

The BPMN modeler (and the SCA Tools) now need to construct
their own IP statement, unless the IP in question is re-used
by all projects in the STP bag.

You're right about confusion based upon multiple IP log
possibilities in STP (overall) -- this needs a clean up.
