[stp-pmc] Spreadsheet of committers

Please find attached the latest spreadsheet of committer activity  
status. We have
23 individuals that will need to be queried as to whether or not they  
wish to
retain committer status. Those are marked with an X in the first  
column of the
spreadsheet. Note that Stéphane, Étienne and Bogdan are not yet on this
list as their CVS provisioning is not yet done.

The next step is to send an email to the 23. A proposed wording follows,

You are currently registered as a committer to the Eclipse SOA Tools  
Project.
You are receiving this email because we haven't seen any commits from  
you
in a while, so we're just wondering if you would like to keep your  
committer
status, or maybe let it go?  Taking part in the project is not just  
about code
commits, however, so if you are trying out the software, finding  
bugs, making
suggestions on the list, voting in committer elections, blogging  
about the
software, etc, then you are still making a contribution!  Keeping  
your committer
status could be handy in this case.
