[stp-pmc] Committer vote for David Porter has been approved by the PMC

stp PMC Members,
The PMC has approved the vote for David Porter's full Committer status on
the stp project. The next step is for the project lead to return to the
portal and fill in the CVS package and employer information for David
Porter.
