I ould confirm i had the same problem of Stephane.
The first link:
http://download.eclipse.org/stp/updates/heliosgive an Html error page with this message:
"Not Found The requested URL /stp/updates/helios/ was not found on this server"
The second one produce an Html error page with this message:
Access Forbidden
The file permissions are either wrong, or there is no default index file for this directory.Please consider filing a bug against the project to let them know.
