It is definitely not for the Helios.
Validation Framework is just our intern incubation project at the moment.

We will try to integrate it firstly in Policy Editor this year.

Thanks Andrei -  I think the big question is: is this code to be part of the Helios release? It's not linked in to the Big Build at the moment - this is possibly just an oversight. Let me know if you want it changed.
