The latest Galileo build train update site is found at

http://download.eclipse.org/stp/updates/2.0.1

These are both p2 update sites and will not render in the
browser, but will be consumed by the IDE's update manager.

Early-access committer builds are found on the committer
site at

http://build.eclipse.org/stp/committers/

there is a subdirectory for each project under that URL.
