I'm not sure at all what is happening here as there has been
no code changes - and  the Intermediate Model build seems
to be working fine, yet the Policy build fails repeatedly on
what appears to be a configuration issue :|

I'll have to hack on this a bit to see what is up, so expect
more emails with fails, etc.

Those concerned might want to get themselves cc'ed
on that bug
