Please note that M3+3 is due out 11 Nov 09, in a little over
a week. For this build, we will follow our usual procedure. Projects
should tag their source trees with the tag 3.6M3. Don't forget to
update any *minor* versions of plugins and features. If you have
added any features to your build, I'll need to know to update the
Helios contribution feature model, as well as the top-level build's
gathering feature.

For M2 we had an issue with signing, the plan is to have this
fixed for M3.
