[stp-dev] Hudson builds have been updated to use Helios-based platform

All of the builds at

https://build.eclipse.org/hudson/view/STP/

have been updated to 3.6-stream platform.

Builds are delivered to the committers build area
that hangs off

http://build.eclipse.org/stp/committers

If anyone needs to run Hudson builds on 3.6 and
3.5, please put in a bugzilla to the build component
and I will get to it.
