[stp-dev] Vote for Committer status for Damien Fournier has started 
stp.sca Committers,
This automatically generated message signals that =?UTF-8?Q?St=C3=A9phane?= Drapeau has
nominated Damien Fournier as a Committer on the stp.sca project. The reason
given is as follows:

Damien works at INRIA [0]. He is one of the main contributors to the
FraSCAti project [1] hosted by the OW2 consortium. FraSCAti is an SCA
runtime that complies with the SCA 1.0 specifications proposed by OSOA. A
large part of the FraSCAti project was implemented in the scope of the
SCOrWare project [2] funded by the French Research National Agency (ANR)
[3].

FraSCAti and SCA Tools share the same SCA meta model [4]. We worked with
Damien on the definition of this SCA meta model  [5], during the SCOrWare
project.
In addition, Damien contributed the introspection mechanism developed for
FraSCAti to the SCA Tools project [6][7]. This mechanism allows to complete
the SCA assembly files according to the information found in the Java
classes. This is an important feature for the SCA Tools project. This
feature allows us to offer tools for bottom-up development of SCA
applications.

If Damien is elected as a new committer, the collaboration between the
FraSCAti project and the SCA Tools project will be easier.

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 5 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Damien Fournier must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.

Eligible Committers must cast their votes through their My Foundation
portal page (do NOT just reply to this email; your vote will not be
correctly recorded unless you use the portal):

*NOTE*: Successful elections are left open for a maximum of 60 days to
allow for processing of paperwork.  After that time the election will be

the part of the candidate take more time than allowed, a new election will
have to be held.
