First draft - really this is targetted at BPMN and SCA sub-projects only as they
are the guinea pigs for this build approach.  The rest of you get to wait until
it's perfect ;)

Antoine, Stephane, if you have some spare time could you check it out in
case I have forgotten anything, or got something wrong :)
