[stp-dev] Galileo Bugs

For our comfort and convenience, there have been a list of bugs
opened on SOA > build.component by the EMO.

All of the P1 bugs are MUST DO tasks, the P2 are SHOULD DO
tasks. In each case there is some wiggle room if there technical
issues.

All leads should read this bugs, and understand them. Questions
