We only build with 1.5 right now, so while everything *should*
work with 1.6, I can't make the statement unequivocally :)

I know that some of the committers are using 1.6, because every
now and then I have to pull 1.6-isms (@Override in interface 
implementations, guys) out of the code.

Have you come up against something that causes problems? I'd
be interested to hear about it if so.
