Hi Adrian,

I have the same problem today. I can ssh, update, but receive access denied by commit.
Any ideas?

Can you ssh to dev.eclipse.org ? Your IP address might be blocked from 
committing to eclipse.org infrastructure if there were any "suspicious" 
activities, used to be as simple as ssh'ing without a username for example.
