Hi policy people,
I'm setting up a buckminster build for the policy component and there
is a small thing that is making it a bit awkward, so I just want to
check with you if I can change it :)

The

 org.eclipse.policy.validation

directory contains a plugin that is called

 org.eclipse.policy.wtp.validation

If these two names were the same, it would make the build a good
bit simpler! Would it be ok to change them so that they are the
same?
