[stp-dev] newbie - Is this the place for BPMN modeler questions

Hi
I am wondering if this is the right place for asking questions about the STP BPMN Modeler (from Intalio). If it is not, my apologies.

There is a setup page on:http://wiki.eclipse.org/Eclipse_con_2007_STP_BPMN_Tutorial_%28Setup%29

A statement on this page reads:
"Download it, and unzip it next to a new eclipse SDK directly." 
I do not understand this. Would there be clearer version of the instructions elsewhere, or if has somebody has done this before, I could use those instructions.

I am going to be scouring these lists on my own to see if I come up with anything.
