[stp-dev] Open Meeting tomorrow to discuss new build system

Having a chat tomorrow morning 09:00 Irish / 10:00 CET / 17:00 Beijing to talk 
about the new Buckminster based build system.

During the meeting I will talk about the Buckminster pieces that I have 
committed and what work needs to be done on them. It would be useful to have a 
checkout of the build directory handy if you want to join the call.
