Title: build problems of STP

Hi all,
There may be some problems in our CVS repository. The module "/cvsroot/stp/build" can not be checked out correctly using anonymous account or committer account. Only empty directories of this module can be checked out. This may be the reason why Europa Fall Maintenance Release re-spin failed due to STP.
