I just created a Europa RC1 release for stp.

 

The update site is:

I also created a 0.5.0 milestone release. which is the same version as Europa RC1.

The stp update site has been refactored to support multiple versions.

Now you can download both 0.4.0 and 0.5.0 from it. (I don't have time to try it yet. only tested the Europa update site so far)
