thanks for the info: I was able to proceed
with STP install.
Unfortunately, I opened bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=189376
as, after installation, I'm unable to
activate the SCA Java perspective.
Any further info needed, just let me
know.

Hi all,
We made some progress on the update problem.
Our stp update site (http://download.eclipse.org/stp/updates/)
works now.
I added an associateSite.xml to stp update
site, which is pointing to other update sites for apache cxf and apache
tuscany plugins.
However, the Europa discover site still doesn't
work. Since the europa update site is maintained locally with all features/plugins
instead of pointing to project's update site.

as I was upgrading my europa config, I found that I was still unable to
install the STP/SOA feature on top my fresh Eclipse M7 install (though
status is ok: http://dash.eclipse.org/~bfreeman/europa/)
