Good idea - note that there's a guideline for the file sizes on the  
wiki, so
that if the file is big (and winks usually are) then it should be put  
on the
download site. This means that it gets mirrored out to the world and  
people
can download it from a more adjacent site.

I can't seem to find the link that actually states this piece of  
information...
