[stp-dev] Latest snapshot build is missing classes in some stp.sc plugins

Hi All,

I noticed that the latest snapshot build has some problems.

org.eclipse.stp.common_0.4.0.jar

org.eclipse.stp.sc.annvalidator_0.4.0.jar

org.eclipse.stp.sc.cxf_0.4.0.jar

org.eclipse.stp.sc.xmlvalidator_0.4.0.jar

Those plugins are missing classes files. only contains xml, icon..etc.

Any thoughts?
